Sodium Gluconate

Airedale Chemical Sodium Gluconate is the sodium salt of Gluconic Acid produced by the fermentation of Glucose. It holds a molecular formula of NaC6H11O7 and is primarily used as a chelating agent. Sodium Gluconate has good sequestering properties; it is stable under extreme conditions of temperature (< 90°C) and alkalinity.

A non-hazardous white/yellow crystalline powder based chemical with no distinguishing odour.
