1. Are we a chemical contract manufacturer?

Yes, we are a Reach regulated, ISO 9001:2008 accredited and IPPC authorized chemical contract manufacturer. We provide contract manufacturing services to a wide range of industries including Dairy, Agrochemical, Wastewater and Personal Care as well as many more and specialize in the creation of liquid blend chemicals with specific development criteria and unique properties.

With a 4-acre manufacturing site, 60,000 square foot warehouse facility and 15 storage tanks on-site of varying quantities we are equipped to facilitate large scale chemical toll manufacturing for you. All processes are fully controlled and traceable and we guarantee confidentiality ensuring you maintain exclusive control over the intellectual properties of your chemical formulation.

3. Where is our manufacturing plant located?

Our 4-acre manufacturing plant is situated in Cross Hills, at the following address:

We also own our own distribution fleet of vehicles that means we can provide an entirely unique, next level proposition to chemical contract manufacturing. Not only manufacture the chemicals for you but we can also provide distribution as well. Our distribution network spans UK, Ireland and Europe meaning we can facilitate your needs almost wherever you are situated.

Yes, our chemical manufacturing plant facilities are both ISO9001 & ISO14001 accredited demonstrating our commitment to manufacturing and distributing to the highest quality standards. We also have a dedicated Health & Safety department on-site who ensure we continue to uphold the highest quality and environmental standards.

7. What chemicals can we handle?

We specialize in manufacturing liquid chemical blends from 1 to 60 tonnes. We also have the facilities to cater for the following manufactured products at our Cross Hills premises

  • Aqueous based chemical solutions

  • Surfactant solutions – included in manufacturing processes for personal care and detergent products

8. What technical support can we provide you?

With our dedicated in-house labs and technical team of 6 on hand, we can support all contract manufacturing development requirement on-site.
On site we have Research & Development labs, Quality Control facilities, chemical New Product Development facilities, Formula benchmarking instruments, chemical Augmentation technology, Dye matching services and full sampling service.

9. What production facilities do we have to cater for your needs?

We have expansive manufacturing facilities including chemical storage facilities and mixing & reactor vessels which enable us to cater for the majority of contract manufacturing requirements. With further growth of our facilities planned we are in the ideal position to facilitate your contract manufacturing needs. We manufacture and distribute over 80,000 tonnes of chemicals each year with a 10% rising production rate year on year. Our on-site production facilities available for chemical contract manufacturing currently include:

  • 4 x 316 stainless steel mixing vessels ranging from 1,500 to 44,000 litres capacity
  • 6 x stainless steel mixing vessels ranging from 70 to 20,000 litres capacity
  • 25 KG to 1000 KG powder blending facilities
  • 1 x plastic lined reactor vessel
  • Heating and cooling capabilities in all vessels to cater for all product requirements

10. What storage vessel capabilities do we have to cater for your needs?

We also have chemical storage facilities covering 60,000 sq.ft spanning 6 warehouses and includes 15 storage tanks available for contract manufacturing of varying quantities:

All of our chemical storage warehouses are designed bespoke with temperature control to ensure product stability.

11. What are our minimum order quantities for contract manufacture?

We are flexible to your needs in contract manufacturing and ask that we work to a minimum order quantity of 1 tonne for any new product developments.
